Cheery Designs provides web design services: website design, e-commerce design, landing pages, brand identity, UI/UX design, and website redesign. All delivered digitally. No physical goods.
Checkout creates a binding agreement. Payments via Stripe in EUR. Automatic invoices provided.
Upon full payment, Client owns all final design files and code. Cheery retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless Client objects in writing. Cheery retains ownership of proprietary tools and processes used in delivery.
Revision rounds included per plan. Additional revisions billed at our hourly rate. Revision requests must be consolidated into a single feedback document per round.
Maximum liability limited to fees paid. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes.
Either party: 14 days written notice. Work completed to date is billed. Unused portion refunded per Refund Policy.
